Memo to self

Memo to self

Well, we've done it.  Hope Trust had its first ever outing, something that doesn't appear as part of our Strategic Plan.  What does appear, however, is a process of asking the various groups we work and meet up with to complete a short questionnaire, the last question of which says 'Is there something more HT could be doing, that it currently isn't?'  Well, if you ask, people answer and so the Wednesday group said loudly 'We want an outing!'  Well, we dodged it a bit but realised we couldn't dodge the issue any more when we arrived back in the office early July to a note from the Wednesday group stating where the outing should go!  We couldn't do the south of France but what we could do was a half day ending up at Black Barns Farm in Monks Eleigh, which is exactly what we did.  A 16 seater coach was booked, filled and travelled to the wonderful air conditioned cafe at Monks Eleigh, here is the photgraphic evidence!  A great time was had by all, will we do it again?  Mmmmmm, time will tell.
