Meet the team

Paul & Sheila Taylor

Paul, a 50-something year old dad of 2, comes to hope trust from a career in industry. Building relationships with suppliers and manufacturers means he has learnt to listen well, make decisions and deliver on what has been agreed. Paul has a heart for people and seeks to make sure that people who either volunteer for hope trust, or attend its events, feel safe and secure.

Sheila, also 50-something and a mum, started her working life in a bank but eventually came to hope trust after working for several years within a church leadership context.

Paul and Sheila, assisted by a team of amazing volunteers, deliver the work of hope trust. Together they arrange a variety of events, ensuring that people’s needs are met and different types of community opportunities exist, or are being considered, so that the work of hope trust reaches as many people as possible. Visit the ‘How you can help’ page for more information on the role of volunteers and serving opportunities available.

We also have a volunteer team of trustees, plus company secretary, who ensure the charity is both professional and responsible in all that we do, overseeing compliance with all legislative requirements and best practice.
