Friday 4th September – Local lunch at Ruby’s cafe on Bent Hill. We all sat looking out to sea and enjoyed a delicious lunch. A big thank you to everyone at Ruby’s for the excellent customer service. We look forward to returning.

Friday 14th August – One off craft session for all our creative attendees. A huge thank you to Ann who supplied all the art materials and gave assistance where needed. Everyone had a fun morning.

Tuesday 4th August – Thank you to everyone at the White Horse in Old Felixstowe for lunch. Again, our local lunch was well attended.

Friday 24th July – The sun was shining again for our trip to the Hut. Delicious fish and chips from Hamilton followed by a music performance of songs from the musicals by the talented Millie-May. Thank you to everyone that helped make this a lovely day.

Friday 3rd July – Local lunch to China, China in Felixstowe town centre. Wonderful to see so many people from the Hope Trust at the meal. Thank you to the staff at China, China for the delicious food and service.

Tuesday 23rd June – Setting sail from Levington on the Neverland boat cruising to see the seals, lots more this year and wonderful to see the baby seals. Another glorious sunny day, thankfully with a sea breeze. This is our third trip with Mind, Body and Sea and every time the crew have been amazing, it has been wonderful to give some more people from the Hope Trust this experience.

Friday 12th June – Local lunch at Prezzo, Felixstowe. Delicious Italian cuisine, especially the Tiramisu. Thank you to all the staff at Prezzo for a lovely meal.

Friday 22nd May – A glorious sunny day to be beside the seaside. Here are some of the lovely people & a four-legged friend that joined us at the Hut. Thank you to Hamilton for the delicious fish and chips and also Jax for the musical entertainment.

Friday 15th May – We had 19 people from the Hope Trust, join us for our local lunch at Toast. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their lunch. We would like to thank everyone at Toast, they were so friendly and the service was outstanding.

Friday 1st May – Outing to Jimmy’s farm and wildlife park. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jimmy’s farm, it was a glorious day for wandering around seeing all the amazing animals and also had time to have some delicious food from the restaurant.
